Architectural and structural design and construction document preparation for the replacement of EPDM and built-up roofs and terne coated unit heaters with new EPDM membrane. Scope of work also included drift load analysis and augmentation of inadequate existing structural members. Total area of reroofing was 142,000 SF (3.2 acres).
